Just put a smaller tire on front of your bike so you're constantly going downhill, therefore perpetual motion!

The three bikes that I ride all have 20"/26" F/R and I can attest that this is true when going downhill.

What if.....

For select locations after the slope plateaus, have designated *engineered* "wind tunnels" in place that provides propulsion to gain back elevation in order to reach the next height of altitude for reenacting coastal coasting... Leverage the jet stream if possible.
