Double Dipping !
With work shutdown because of the virus I have some extra time to visit my backyard play ground. So today was a double dip day. I went out for a couple hours with the fat bike, then came home showered, ate, and then went back out for a hike with the wife. Looking forward to more double dip days while work is closed, although I'd much rather be working right now.

like the section showing the compacted tread from under the bike, rolling on that crest w/ water to the left. interesting mixing hiking in a cycling video, but that really looked steep! was that a wide angle attachment?

That is a steep climb, and when my wife asked about going on that trail I told her it was going to be fun.

I am now working 100% from home, instead of 50%, and I am using the freed-up commuting time for cycling and fast walking to complement weight lifting at home.
One benefit of being empty nesters is that we once again have enough space in our somewhat smallish house, as we did back in the "pre-kid" days. When our elder son moved out to complete his education, I took over his room as my much-need home office, so now I can honestly say I am safe at home, rather than stuck at home.

My wife and I were doing weekly hikes in our state parks. They've all been shut down now. I suppose they were concerned with people gathering together to do things like playing sports or having picnics. When we went out on these hikes, we wouldn't see anyone. Oh well.
