Anyone riding the new Dura Ace wheels?

With the ceramic rims and alloy braking surfaces? My LBS showed me a set and I was really impressed. They are less than 1400 grams and he had them marked way down trying to move product out before Spring. The lightweight alloy hub has been redesigned using a straight spoke to eliminate the Jbend. I spun up the frontwheel while holding it and I think it is still spinning!!! If I had not just bought 2 pairs of sub 1400 gram wheels these would most likely be on my bike! Shimano seems slow to come out with the latest and greatest but when they do most of the time its done right.

My DA 7850 24 Cl wheels have straight pull spokes and weigh under 1400g. I'm not sure what new wheels you're talking about. BTW, they are the best wheels ever. Roll fantastic, very smooth and plenty stiff.

Sounds like it could be the same model. Maybe I'll get another frame just for the wheels?!?!?!?!

Yeah, I almost picked up another set on PBK for $760 this past weekend. I had to pass after my wife let me know what she spent for Xmas this year.

Ha! Don't I wish. I have most I need already for that ride. Just have to find a comfortable set of clip-on aerobars and a few more bibs. Well maybe a few more nicknacks here or there.
