What are you guys using for 27" fold up clinchers?
I just got a bike with 27" hook bead rims for the first time in my life so would like to put some fold ups on it as opposed to wire bead. I thought Panaracer made one but now can't find any foldup 27's on their site. How many options do I even have? Looking for 27x1" preferably.

I could see 27" tires no longer being offered with folding beads, but don't fret, I just put bigger tires on my CX racing bike and they are Bontrager 700x38 with metal beads and ride just fine.
It's possible that someone like Compass might in the future offer a top-quality 27" tire having Kevlar beads, but I won't be holding my breath waiting.
Even if there was decent demand, the buyers of such tires are (statistically) more likely to try fitting them on some really ill-fitting old rims that might make for unjustified warranty claims (as well as hassles for the retailers).
If you just needed a light, folding 27" tire for use as a portable spare, vintage 27" tires will be around for years to come.
