Sandy Gilcrhrist TT Bike, with “One-Off” Parts

I found this as I was perusing some cycling classifieds, price is a around $4k.



No doubt I’d be the only one on the block if I were to buy this bad boy. If anyone knows where Sandy is, maybe he’d be interested in getting this bike back.

That's crazy! the huge chainwheel almost makes it look like a Motorpace bike.

I think you're right -- no mere mortal could get those crank arms spinning from a stop unassisted on flat ground, nor continue at speed without a motorcycle of car providing a fairing.
