This is not a question for framebuilders. You should ask riders, maybe in the "General Cycling Discussion" forum. Frambuilders typically ride their own bikes, they don't buy custom frames from other FBs.
Considering the vow of poverty we take to be FBs, we can't afford anyone else's custom!
I've never even heard of a Low, so you should provide a link so people know what you're talking about.

I don't care if Mr. Bulgier wants to tell people a thread doesn't belong, saves me from having to do it.
Usually we move threads like this. I agree, I have very little idea about other framebuilders and I hesitate to recommend anyone.

I've seen several Low frames, mostly CX frames at local Nor Cal races. Always been impressed with them but have never ridden one.
