Shoes For SPD Pedals
A few ago I bought a hybrid bike with SPD pedals and compatible shoes - the shoes were like a low cut sneaker , light and comfortable to walk in - are these type of shoes still available ?

Dozens of models, Specialized, Peal Izumi, Shimano, Lake, Giro, Five-Ten among others. Go to a local shop and try some on. Shoes are not something you want to buy online unless you know exactly how they fit.
