Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Maybe some spaces will help comprehension. 700c x 20mm.

It's funny...I ordered some Vittoria Open Corsas from them, and it took about two weeks. I ordered a full Dura Ace kit, and it took less than a week.

2 Things:

1) The first sentence has nothing to do with my question and why does it bother you that I didn't use the search? What is the big f'ing deal? Did it really BOTHER you??

2) THANKS for answering the question....there was no space on the website.

No need to be so touchy, he's trying to teach you etiquette. It's just common courtesy and standard etiquette to search for information before asking it. You're asking people to take the time and make the effort to answer your question without making the effort to see if you can find the answer for yourself.

Without looking, I'm not sure if this forum has a faq to this effect, but many do.

Myself, I probably would have answered your question in this particular case because I just started buying from PBK, but I'm just trying to explain where the guy was coming from.

The usual order for me takes about 5-7 days. The first order I made was for an Ultegra groupset with R700 crankset. When it arrived 7 days later, they had shipped the standard double crankset by mistake. It took another three weeks before I had the correct crankset in hand. Communication with their tech support folks was dodgey at best which contributed to the turnaround delay.

Thanks.
Including receiving and exchanging damaged or wrong items several times, took about 2 months for my Ultegra SL brifters.

Usually takes 5 sometimes 7 days to get to Australia but last time my order took about a fortnight but that is because customs intercepted the parcel and thought there was something suspicious in there and opened it up (spare tubes, tyres, chain and a couple of baselayer shirts!).

It's the norm around here. There's good info on the site, but a lot of the people just love to bash.

ordered groupset and set of wheels...5 business days later I found myself standing tall in front of my suga-mama explaining the strange boxes at the front door.

I better intercept the next set which are due to arrive any day now...

you may, or may not be slapped with a customs duty fee for bike parts.
Duty fee is a % of the total price of all the items, not including S&H.

The best for me was 3 days. Ordered Saturday. The Ultegra groupset shows up on Monday in Bay Area, California. The downside, I ordered SL. Everything came in the Gray SL, except the crankset.
That is really sucks. That is the second time my order get screw-up. I wonder if PBK management knows about this type of issue.

Apparently US Customs did not rip open your box and then half a** tape it back together and send it on it's way 10 days later.
