I'm not using Ergons but I do have similar lower-priced versions of them on two bikes.

I have a pair on my bike and I love them. No more numbness and tingling in my pinky fingers
and the outside of my hand.
My son was complaining that his hands were hurting when he rides his Cannondale Bad Boy,
so I got him a pair. He tells me that since I installed the Ergons for him, his hands have stopped
hurting when he's riding.
I highly recommend them!

Put them on our tandem's captain bars last year. The Captain (me) likes 'em. Would rather have a RANS Screamer, but the Ergons cost less.

Count me as a happy user too. Was using 1" foam pipe insulation with some success, but Ergons better. I also placed them on bar with enough room for the convention bar ends I was using, but have to tell myself to use bar end, as hands too comfortable on Ergons.

Granted I'm 26... but I have ergons on my fsr mtb and my commuter. The one on my commuter actually has a barend built in. Can't complain.

I've been using them 2+ seasons now -- strongly recommended. They do precisely what it says on the tin: distribute pressure over a broader surface of the hand, consequently relieving pressure on the ulnar nerve, and reducing any "carpal tunnel" related symptoms by the wrist/forearm properly aligned. I've also found that they actually increase one's sense of 'control' on the bike. In general, if you've any hand/wrist/arm/shoulder problems which seem to be related to cycling, very much worth a try.

Just bought a set yesterday. We have had great success at the Bike Shop with these. I bought the Large GC2 grips, but I might order in the GR2's to put on the Paragon. They are well made and I like the way they lock on. A Good Fit for my XL Hands

Might just add (for anyone who is/gets interested in these) -- make sure you try both sizes (now 'Large' and 'Small', I believe [used to be 'Ladies'/'Mens']. I, like many guys, found that the Small/Ladies size was a perfect fit for my hands -- really have to try 'em. Ergon makes this pretty easy with their display packaging. Also, you gotta play with the angle of the grip for a bit, once they're on your bike; you'll find after some patient micro-adjusting that they really do 'snap into focus' (if that makes sense) at a very specific angle (unique to each rider, I should imagine).

I found these at a LBS during my travels last week, and thought they would be more comfortable, this thread confirms.
It was also pointed out by LBS that they make a shorter version for rides with grip selectors and not make mistake purchasing full length for such an arrangement.
In home town, have not located LBS stocking, will have to obtain on-line it seems.

I put a pair on my commuter and love 'em. My commuter has flat bars so I can sit upright and scope traffic... over the years I would get numbness in my hands when I went anything over 20 miles... The ergons have helped reduce that and frankly are quite comfortable. Prior to that the old Mushroom grips were my favorites... but I have not been able to find them for years.
