Quick Tektro r559 Recessed to "nutted" question.

I need a Tektro R559 to mount on a Nutted rear brake bridge. Can I just use a front recessed brake with the original curved spacers and a nut?

If the bolt is long enough to fit through, and it should be, then yes. Remember to rotate the brake shoes to face the opposite direction, before using the brake.

I'd say yes, but it would be redundant.
So yes.
