Ideas Please

So I've just recently begun my ebike searh and could use some advice. Please give me some Class 3 models I should be considering in the $3,500 - $4,500 range. thanks.

Meant up to 28mph. Leaning toward hybrid type bike for around town and light trailways.

I got a Dual Sport Ultra for $3000 from M2S Bikes it will do 35+mph
