Screen 2 (rollers): Kilojoules, time, HR, Power

Screen 3 (for viewing data before shutting off unit, in case file is corrupt (rare)): Ascent, Avg Speed, Avg Cadence, Calories, Max Power, Avg HR, Time, Elapsed Time

Besdies the default for my Sigma's (BCS 2006 and 2209) show elevation, HR, speed. I start with cadence until I get my rhythm and then I switch to either average speed, time or distance. It depends on how I'm feeling as to which of those I have displayed.

Cadence is always primary. For longer rides, I also display odometer, for shorter ones, speed.
