Right. That's important.

Cassette. Currently a 7 speed, haven't checked if an 8 would fit yet.

I have one like that but it's a 120. Let me know if that would be of interet.

I have these, which could use some cleaning and rust removal (from the metal threaded barrel adjuster part inside the plastic grip), but all the bits are there and they're functional. If you don't have a better option, you're welcome to them. I'm not 100% sure they fit on that shape braze-ons, but I think they do.

Winged wheel one? What level of condition? Hardware included? If you can handle "rider" quality, i.e. no significant rusting but maybe a pit here or there and could use a buff and polish, PM me your address, I'll get it out to you on the house.

dweek,

Truly appreciate the offer but that would still leave me short. Others have stepped up to help my hunt.

Cheers!

That looks like a good possibility! I don’t mind cleaning at all. I have someone showing me a pic of a set too. Let me get back with you. Fitting the brazen is no problem, it’s what came with the frame. Just not sure if DT shifters would fit.

Thanks!

They will fit, but are flat instead of concave.

Here's an embarrassing ISO:

Pelissier track hub, rear, high flange, silver, 36°

I bought a lovely hubset from CV-6, built a really nice set of wheels, and promptly tore the lockring threads trying stupid fixie tricks

It's bugging the crap out of me, so I would love to get this rectified.

I'm curious which stupid tricks you were trying? I'm imagining that blowing a lockring over the threads isn't an easy thing to do (assuming it's snugged up properly).

Leaning to lock the rear wheel, on gravel

It actually looks like the base material failed, the threads are still intact. Very frustrating since I made sure before I tried it that everything was tight. But it was all for naught, I got the rear wheel locked up for the first time and felt the cog unscrew

So it's still a viable hub for actual track racing or road fixed gear riding with brakes, but just knowing that the lockring serves no purpose anymore bugs me a lot.

I'm not following. Your hub shell failed at the lockring threads, or the lockring itself failed? If the hub shell failed, somehow, I don't consider it useful for anything but parts.
