Let's go streaking!!

I challenged myself to ride every day which would be a "Streak" so let's see all the Clyde/Athena Streakers out there.

RULES
> Ride a bike every day.
>> One mile minimum.
>>> Yes an indoor bike trainer counts.

I hit day 40 today. Was halfway between considering and planning to do 20mi but the wind convinced me 10mi was a better option.

My riding steak is dangerously close to ending on day 192. I had to help move 7 tons of steel today. We do this every 6 weeks or so, but usually start at 9 AM. We started at 2 PM today and I just got home. It’s been rainy all day. Blah, blah, blah blah whatever. I’m going to go try to get 15 miles in.

Edited to say I managed 25 miles. I’ll probably regret that in the morning.

Having access to an indoor trainer really helps. This streak would have ended twice otherwise.

I have an indoor trainer setup as well, just my old Trek on a Kurt Kinetic but I'll be needing it plenty in a Nebraska winter.

Had hoped to string together some days this year but it didn't work out. Hoping that I can start January 1 and string together 365 days.

However, if some of you want to get inspired, look at this post by a friend of mine (not a clyde by any stretch though).

Wow!! That's some kind of riding for sure. I can't even imagine that level but I did hit day 43 today. I started this thing wanting to do 30 days and end it but it's kinda gotten to me now.

Nailed day 45 with a Metric Century!! I've ridden a full century but it was a long time ago and I'm just tickled I got it done, I'm also counting it as my Birthday ride as my 55th Birthday is in a few days.

Looks like most of our streakers prefer to post in the monthly miles thread so I'll just let this die with my day 48.

When I saw this thread I thought you wanted people to ride naked ("streak") for one mile minimum everyday. LOL
