So, we have an answer from one of the Team Mechanics. This was a Steve Tilford bike. Cool to know, and neat because I am from Kansas originally too, but kind of sad as he was killed two years ago in a horrific Highway Accident. It looks like it's even more important that it gets put back "right" now.

SO, just got another messages from the Team Manager... It's Steve Hegg not Tilford (Too many Steves!). Equally as cool to me, but less depressing... Not my pic, and I'm sure there were a few bikes built for him.
