They are Cinelli Criterium's mated to a cinelli 1A stem. They are beautiful but you have to go cinelli all the way because they have a different diameter. I think a brooks on there could look out of place if you went with a b-17 and I think probably the team as well. If you want the brooks look go slimmer profile like the swallow. I think they are super classy and fit well on steel bikes.

You mean second all-time?
Or second as in do I have another one to ride?
We are a three bike household. One modern, two vintage. This Pinarello would just be for riding. Not hauling groceries - or even locking up.

A brooks wouldn't match. Just IMO, a straight fork powdercoated to that color you look really nice. Go with the matching bar tape, for sure.

and no powdercoating. are you people crazy?
if the owner is to do anything to the surface
the best thing would to do a paint restoration
complete with proper decals.
take it to a pro like spectrum or chestercycles

Arrospok front, white deep-V/Phil rear. Brooks saddle. Riser bars cut down to 10". Put a straight blade fork on it for barspinzz.
But seriously, don't do that Brooks **** on that bike. Don't change the fork, it's beautiful. Don't repaint it, that would be a waste of money. Don't do anything to that bike, except to put new tubulars on there. You can also put new bar tape on, if you feel so inclined. Then only ride it on the track and on quiet Sundays on the open road.
edit: I mean, do what you want with that bike, but if you do any of the above, I'll personally think less of you. That might not mean anything to you, though.

The fork does look nice now but a quick search of velospace shows a bunch of vintage pinarello bikes with undrilled forks. Lot of good ideas on velospace as well. If you think that certain bikes are sacred please deregard my post.
Lots of nice pictures here: https://platedforkcrown.blogspot.com/
A nice plate crown fork undrilled would make this bike pop I think.

Without a rider, I think vintage Campy pedals, clips and straps would look better.
Ripping around the track, I don't think it matters too much.

With the diversity of opinion here, I should have made this a poll. In any case, my sincere thanks for all your thoughts so far.
Keep 'em coming.

Damn nice bike. Put the Brooks on, when you are using the bike for it's intended purpose ( riding ) no one will see it.
