Today I learned that I don't actually own any wheelsets.
But my favorite pair of wheels is easily the 650B set that I built for my Bianchi Sport SX. Pacenti SL23 rims, 32 DT Swiss 1.8/1.6/1.8 spokes each, Shutter Precision dynohub in front and Shimano 1055 hub in rear make for very strong, durable, useful, yet lightweight wheels. Each wheel is under 1kg if you exclude tires, tubes, skewers, and cassette. And even with the 300g tires, 100g tubes, and 250g cassette, they spin up quickly on the road. It's possible that the aero cross-section of the rims contribute to that, but I'm not sure.
