And now we have Costco “Kyle.”

Notice how he claims to feel threatened. Isn’t that what the woman who called the cops on the Central Park bird watcher claimed in the widely viewed video? Seems like the new excuse for being aggressive to someone. The new “I was standing my ground.”

Funny, not sure how to word it... but I almost want to wear a shirt that says:
"You don't want to wear a mask; I don't want to wear pants. Deal with it, as I pee on your leg."

Costco Kyle was shouting at a 76 year old woman. He felt threatened? Riiiight!
His insurance company employer has fired him. Hope he’s happy now. Freedom isn’t free.

I'm mostly looking forward to when the internet moves on from the Karen expression. It's was never not tiresome.

But having to remember only two names is sooooo much easier. I’ll be sticking with Karen and Kyle.

Walmart is now going to require masks. That should spawn a new wave of Karen videos.

Likely to get worse, as you point out.
Well, there are worse things than yet another reason to disregard WalMart.

I thought is was "Karen" and "Karl"? My wife's cousin Karen thinks the naming is hilarious BTW (she's Canadian).

I've always seen Kyle or Ken (occasionally Chad) not Karl. Chad is also a negative name used by incels, so there may be some crossover when people use that name.

This thread reminds me of my father in laws second wife. Before there was the term "Karen" she was a Karen. Totally nuts. Shot and killed a guy in a dispute and got away with it. FYI, don't mess with Karens.

My first love was a Karen. Haven't seen her in many decades but I'm quite she isn't of that type. So I always cringe when I hear it.
The "I feel threatened" is a coded way of threatening to shoot someone. It arose after the stand your ground defense became a thing.

My first girlfriend was a Karen, and I knew a couple other nice Karens and remember actually saying in college 'I never met a karen I didn't like"

Karens! the reason I’m single
I could tell Karen stories with a keg of beer until dawn. I will spare everyone the misery. Bad luck?
probably. My own fault? maybe. A combination both? probably
The propensity to be wild and free? Yes that is it!
