A Double Tap on its way? Storms Laura and Marco.

I'm not liking what's coming into the Gulf of Mexico at all.

Looks like the first punch is less than 24 hours away from the Louisiana coast. Then two days later, the second punch could be landing in the same general area.

I've never seen anything like this before.

Wow, looks like nature has it in for Port Arthur Texas... I guess having all those oil refineries there just really ticked off ole Mother Nature.

So much for "drill baby drill." "Don't fool with Mother Nature!"

Reminds me of 2004 season in central FL. We got mowed over and over and over.

Oh, yeah. The worst was Jeanne. We saw the 'spaghetti models', and laughed at the one outlier doing a loop and all the rest heading out to sea. Guess what happened?

Now that Marco has fizzled (musta been that Sharpie), the watch for Laura continues.

I remember watching with dread as it looped around again. That was the year of Charley, Frances, Ivan, Jeanne etc. It never seemed to end. Then 2005 came along and we went into the Greek alphabet. This year might be just as bad.
