27. Almost all my answers were in the middle 2 rows, I kind of knew what they were getting at, but I do not have strong feelings/traits in those directions.

29. Then after an hour, 32. I changed several answers in opposite directions. Does that mean I'm indecisive? I can't make up my mind.

I HATE quizzes that don't give a neutral option!
e.g.
I would rather go to the theater than to a museum.
I don't go to either, so how can I answer?

I really like those questions. I'd like to see a poll taken on those subjects, same four gradations of responses.

This reminds me of when I read the Michael Lewis book "The Big Short: Inside the Doomsday Machine", (on which the film "The Big Short" was based). One of the principle characters was Michael Burry (played by Christian Bale). He had a small child who had been diagnosed as possibly autistic, and his wife acquired some books on the topic to read. One day he picked one up and started reading it. Instead of recognizing his child in the descriptions, he recognized himself!

If you get tested for autism as an adult, you better hope the diagnosis comes back positive. Otherwise what's the doctor gonna tell you? "Sorry, turns out you're just weird and awkward FOR NO REASON AT ALL"

These sorts of quizzes bother me. There is another one that is fairly popular called Myers–Briggs Personality Type Indicator. Basically, it lumps you into one of 16 possible personalities, which seems dubious already. But it doesn't seem to account at all for nuances, such as differences between an introvert and an extrovert. For example, I am completely comfortable in front of large audiences (hundreds or more), but I am much less comfortable in front of one or two other people.
These kind of assessments seem too blunt to accurately characterize human behavior and personality, so it makes me very worried when they are used to diagnose a psycho-pathology.

Check out the excellent book about introversion, Quiet, by Susan Cain.

People can also train to 'improve' traits as (if?) they develop and gain better self awareness. Certainly being in many types of work environments require this.
