T47 for Bombtrack hook EXT?

recently ordered a new Bombtrack Hook 2019 EXT frameset.

BB shell is T47 with an 86,5mm width. I want to use shimano cranks (24mm) sub compact. Originally bike is spec’d in full form as a 1x system.

Help required:

T47 come with outboard or inboard bearing cups. Which is the best compatible brand / part No to go with standard shimano cranks - my concern is the width vs normal 68/73mm? Basically is the spindle Long enough to clear the shell and bb. My view is this is why internal cups are preferred. I have however been told that external cups for shimano cranks?

Finding it a bit confusing to nail this one.

Thanks in advance.

Interesting. First I've heard of such a system. Basically a threaded version of 386evo or a threaded 46mm diameter version of BB86. Seems you would need an internal bearing system like THIS.

Chris King makes a T47 bottom bracket to fit Shimano 24 mm crank spindles. here is one source and a description: https://www.backcountry.com/chris-ki...t=tsid:1042790 cid:213415837 agid:13362825397 tidla-411690233408 crid:92885919277 nw:g rnd:15939474940767068063 dvc:c adp:1o1 mt: loc:9005951&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIhcSs_LOV3wIVA1uGCh1IawsfEAQYASABEgKuW_D_BwE

They aren't cheap and i don't know if you can get one in Singapore but they do exist.

Edit: Wheels Manufacturing also offers them in 24 mm spindle form at a significantly better price, at least here in the US. https://wheelsmfg.com/bottom-brackets/t47.html

Thanks for all the guidance.

I have managed to source ( in Australia) the Wheels Manufacturing one. Hopefully all will be good once I start the build in January.
