How do you transport your disc wheel?

I have a Zipp disc for racing. I'm looking at a Zipp bag to transport and protect this wheel to and from races, but nowhere in the description of the product does it mention that it is suitable for a disc wheel. Is it? What do some of you use instead?

I don't use a disc wheel...but just wondering why having the wheel on the bike for transport isn't an option? Isn't the bike on a car rack?

Yep, that's what i do. I leave it on my bike and or transport it the way I would spoked wheels.
FWIW, they sell hard cases for wheels.

Let me clarify. I spend January thru March in the Florida Keys. My wife and I take three bikes from Ohio down to the Keys. I break all three down for transport through salty, wet roads. Other than local races, I do the same when I participate in out-of-state events. That's why I'm asking the question.

Any wheel bag is fine for any wheel I've used. I own a disc and a trispoke and store and transport both in a generic Giant wheel bag.

I don't transport them on the bike as they cost me enough ($300 and $200, lol) that I'd rather not have them get damaged going down the road. I put on training wheels to transport the bike.

I have used a standard padded single wheel bag in the past with no issues. I have even flown with it, but as a carry on. If you are overly concerned go with a hardshell wheel case or a double wheel padded bag that you can stuff with towels or something else for protection.

I use my EDCO wheel bags to transport my carbon wheels. They are thick and padded, work great!
