i think the only "weapon" a cyclist should carry on them for encounters with other people or bears is pepper spray. I personally don't carry anything. I don't think anything stowed away in my pack would help me anyways either. If i have the time to get a gun out of my pack, aim, and take the offender down, i probably have enough time to just ride away.

Do you pair of psychos actually believe 'angy' is a word, or is it some secret code ?

Is it like a secret cyclo-pyscho handshake ?

Don't let anyone disturb your zone

Yeah, I too hate cat calls or obscene language spoken to me when I ride. One thing I do, maybe not be the best solution, but I love listening to music when I bike, it gives me power and energy, I swear. I just turn up the volume and pretend I didn't hear them, of course turning it down when they're gone. What I figure is that this is my time to be free, to feel invigorated with a peace that comes from biking. I won't let anyone disturb my state of mind. If they really knew how it felt to be a biker they would beg you to trade places with them and receive the language and loaves of bread(that was funny, sorry:0 ). Keep up the biking.

"angy" is more than a word, its a state of mind. "Angry" is just too aggressive. It might offend someone. wouldn't want people getting the wrong idea you know?
