Merry Xmas
A very Merry Xmas to all from New Zealand.
I hope everyone gets some riding or wrenching time in over the holiday period.

Speaking of New Zealand, I saw for the first time a biopic of your country's 20th century writer, Janet Frame. I feel I'm rather well read, and I hadn't heard of her. The film is from 1990 and titled, An Angel at My Table. Rather long at over 2.5 hrs, but one of the best films I've seen in years ... and I watch a lot of movies. So sad and beautiful. Disturbing and moving.
I just did. First longer ride this month. Kinda chilly at 43°f, but dry.
I hope everyone gets some riding or wrenching time...

Unfortunately the fire department never closes, so I am on duty until tomorrow morning. Had a nice Christmas this morning with the family at 5 am before my shift.

Up here we get more wrenching time than riding in Dec and Jan, and from my all too short couple visits I know you are in your best time for cycling, events and festivals. Have a great new year.
