If that's the bike I'm thinking of it's a pretty rare midschool race bike. But the first question we need to answer is just how tall and how much you weigh? The reason I ask this is Expert is a little bit of a smaller frame and is one step up from a Junior. So if you are over 5' 4'' it might not be worth building up for yourself.

Actually i am just about 5'1 and weigh 108, im just a tiny thing haha so it actually worked out perfect that my brothers friend had this bike, he knew i had been looking and knew i would keep it in good shape ( as i am tearing it apart right now lol) no but he knows i will keep it and someday give it down to my nephews.. i actually just bit the bullet the other night and ordered a few things that i found out will fit, i guess what i really need right now is a Bottom Bracket and a headset and stem
