New forum unresponsive on Android tablet
My old android tablet (Kernel I think, I'm bad with names), hangs after viewing one or two posts. A message pops up at the bottom of the screen when taking an action, open a post, scroll to top, etc. The message says the forum is unresponsive and offers an option to wait or close. Sometimes selecting wait is just a few seconds but usually it takes longer and I close the browser tab. This happens on every visit.
Apologies if this has been discussed elsewhere, I glanced through the posts but didn't see it.

Can you upgrade your browser to a recent version or change/create better security settings?
This is a list of all Android versions released.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Android_version_history
Notice that most of them are no longer supported...this is the call to upgrade possibly.
Get one that is supported and preferably for the long term.

Are you using the full website version, or the mobile version?
I like Chrome, but am using an older version. I find this website is a huge resource hog, and it is only functional for me if I run NoScript Lite on Chrome. Otherwise, I'm stuck to about a single page on my browser total. The website doesn't play nice with one's computer resources.
But, there are also issues with using NoScript including no editing buttons, and the webiste blanking out half the page with headers and footers, so I'm stuck reading everything in a tiny text box.

I leave my computer at home, it keeps me from pedaling. The little radio with speakers I sometimes carry with me is pretty snazzy though.
