Okay, so now what?
We have a posting restriction for Noobs of ten posts before they can do anything of 'use to them'. (like show pictures of the problem, bike, link to something that might help others)...
This only makes for overanxious Noobs that post stuff like I can't post what I really need or want to until I pass this limit.
While I prefer that to the actual spam we used to get, there has to be a MEDIUM.
Nobody reads ToS anymore, they just get in and drive. Why that isn't required or there is some test on it later it beats me. It doesn't help to bring in new members very well, especially the younger ones.
This is self-defeating. We can do better as a site for bike enthusiasts.
My 2 cents ($6.89 after taxes and adjustment for inflation, parts and labor)
