OK gsteinb, you look way too relaxed to be causing that much pain as evidenced by the expressions on the other racers.

On form, I would have loved that course. That there was an M55+ race would have been icing.

I found this photo of the Snelling Road Race just today. Not at the front, but not too bad.

Nice photo, Sara. You are taunting the moto ref with that center line, aren't you?

Pretty close! Actually, that race didn't have a center line rule.

First LKHC in the books - Montebellow - 5.1 miles 6.9% grade. I had 15 watts more than last week and put in some anaerobic threshold on the steeper sections. The climb starts with 2 miles of 9% grade but like most climbs, it is very lumpy. I picked my front wheel up a couple of times on the steeper pops. There is about 1.5 miles of 3.2% grade. On this section, I stayed at low z4. The last section is 8% but it is also very lumpy with variance from 13 to 5%.

It was a beautiful day with temps in the low 70s at the start. We had about 100 racers. Here is my revised suffer face. Garrett Lau Photos.

Here is MEA sticking to the men. She passed a lot of men on the climb. That is going to leave a mark.

You guys don't miss a trick. I've made a commitment to learning how to make power in the IAB or equivalent. I tried to do it this year, but with the injury and having the speed bars available, I never developed it. With them gone, I'll have to. I think I've found a position that works for me, which will get some attention when build starts.

No, just kits that we do not wear very often when racing.
