New member with a few recent posts but many reads over the past few years.
Cycling interests: recreational riding, steel road bikes, LeMond, Bianchi, possibly getting into some brevet events as the kiddos get a bit older, tinkering/home maintenance on bikes
Road bikes (in order of acquisition):

Road bikes (in order of acquisition):
- KHS Winner (unknown year) - first road bike bought used for cheap in college, couple sizes too small but enjoyed riding to class and around town. Gave it away after college.
- 2005 LeMond Alpe D'Huez - first road bike as a real adult (couple years ago), after a >10y road bike hiatus
- 1999 LeMond Buenos Aires - 650b conversion on Reynolds 853, rides like a dream, still needs some tinkering
- 1989/1990 Bianchi Giro (black) - project bike, recent acquisition, needs significant work, a handful of parts, and possibly a full repaint if I decide to keep it

Welcome to Bike Forums, AJI125! The Brevet scene in Colorado is strong, and you'll have many opportunities to give that a shot.

Thanks everyone! Yes the bike collection has started. Maintaining domestic bliss is important so I may have to start with a 1 for 1 buy/sell moving forward! I like the Alpe D’Huez but the ride is a bit harsh, so probably the replacement candidate for another steel bike in the future, after the Bianchi project.
