1979 Trek 937
According to the Vintage Trek site, the serial number along with catalog matching components suggest this is indeed a Columbus 937. It could be a Tim Issac build as he joined Trek in 79 but I'll never know. Willing to be optimistic, however. This will get a new decal set, cleaned, polish the components, clean any surface rust, and ready to go. Previous owner upgraded the rims which is great. Only thing I can tell not original is the rear hub, saddle, seat post. Enjoy!

I distinctly recall something about a "TSI" stamping on the BB shell of bikes Tim built. Maybe @JohnDThompson can confirm?
I know I've seen pictures of it, but I'm having a heck of a time finding anything now I need it

Thanks all. It should be a good spring project. I'm hoping I can get the Campy parts a little shinier but we'll see.

And I doubt Tim was directly responsible for brazing that frame. The only brazing I saw him do was for team bikes and prototypes. His position was more administrative, as an engineer and designer.
