What brand/model is the bike?
Does the crest cover the bb axis?
165mm and half-step?
I'm thinking that your description might(?) include models in aluminum or in steel, and with either cottered and cotterless attachment.

Dougieh65,
It's good to be aware that some of these early lower end model Sakae Ringyo chainsets take a three degree taper bottom bracket spindle rather than the more commonly encountered two degree.
If you have a spindle you plan to use the two most common models for two plateau drives are 3S for two degree and 3S3 & 3K for three degree.

Never saw one of those with a bolt on light bracket for the fender. I had one years ago but slightly different. Should be a nice rider!

Dougieh65 , very clean vintage bike you have, I appreciate that you are trying to do a faithful restoration. Finding the original crank, chainguard, red dust caps and correct bottom bracket will be difficult. If it were mine, I would widen my search a bit. SR (Sakae) made lots of nice cranks, some of which are very close to the original you are looking for.
Here is one that will get you most of the way there. It is for the most part "period correct" and has the hard to find red dust caps. As juvela pointed out, there are two different spindle tapers, the nice thing about this crank is, it more than likely has the more common 2 degree taper.

I just realized that the crank I linked has "Sugino" dust caps, so here is another option I just discovered that I may use myself for one of my vintage builds...
they are machined anodized aluminum,

Dougieh65,
You do not mention a date for your bicycle.
Here is one Sakae Ringyo catalogue available online; it is dated 1980 which may be a bit later than your cycle:
The catalogs of Japanese vintage bicycle
BTW - there are back Sears & Roebuck catalogues available online. in case it is may be of interest you could have a go at looking up your machine in them...
