32’s or 28’s...25’s??
Got my GIANT Contend AR1 back in May and have been putting up a ton of miles. Average is slowing creeping up where I’m seeing low 18 MPH’s. Decided to upgrade to some Superteam Carbon wheels. A few on my team love them and they have multiple sets. Some have said to come down to 25’s or maybe go 28’s. I’ve only ran the 32’s that came with the Contend. Question is will I be able to run 32’s on this rim..and if so..would I see benefits coming down to a 28 or even a 25. Specs on the rim...700c..50MM depth and rim width is 25MM...

If those are the wheels on Amazon, the description shows 25 or 28 as the recommended tire size.
BTW, I don't know where you are but your user name in English comes off as pretty close to "lick butt" which is what dogs do. May not be what you intended

It would be unusual if you couldn't run 25-32mm on most road wheelsets these days. As far as which you should run... YMMV. All things equal, you'll want slightly higher pressure in smaller tires - that may impact your comfort and/or speed, depending upon how heavy you are, the conditions of your roads, etc. You're just going to have to see for yourself.
At this point, you've run 32s, maybe try 28s and see for yourself. It's not a marriage - they're consumables. If you're putting on a ton of miles, you'll wear though them and have a chance to try something else in two or three months.

lol. Some always struggle with the name. As far as America, I’m in Texas. It’s pronounced “like butter..” but I spell it lykbutta...that’s also my gamertag on PS4.

Thanks for the input. I get so many responses just trying to get it right you know. When I first started out I was a heavier rider..6’3 - 289...now I’ve dropped down to 241.

At 241lbs you probably should rule out the 25s. You'd have to pump them up hard as rocks.
