There may not be that many fat bikers overly
knowledgeable about electric bikes. I know the Rambo electric fat bike
is pretty high test. It may be over your budget.
However it appears to be well worth the price.

I suggest you try the electric bike forum.

I think at this price you are looking at Frey bikes, such as FREY AM1000.

I wouldn’t recommend an ebike on beach sand as maintenance on my Minn 3.0 over the last 5 years is a pretty steady diet of chains, BB’s, cables, cogs. Adding juice adds $$. The local efat rental won’t allow any of their bikes on the beach.

Find your favorite fat bike and have a mid drive motor kit installed ..

My Local shop has done several ..

Skip the motor and pedal like a bike is supposed to be used.
