Handlebar question
I have some NEW, unused KORE MEGA RISER HANDLEBARS. AL7075-T6 and I'm not sure if they're any good for my Schwinn High Sierra or if I should just try to sell them. I welcome your thoughts.

A quick search suggests that your bike has a quill stem.
And that the bars have a 31.8 mm stem clamp area.
I’m not aware of any quill stems with a 31.8 mm clamp.
Otherwise, bars will bolt on and bolt off. Trying one on - If it fits - is no big deal.
If you think you’ll like where it’ll put your hands, go ahead.

You would need a threadless adapter and a new stem too to try the fatter bars out - Id get some riser bars that fit your current equipment myself
