Some oxalic acid and tartaric acid from a shop I ordered from 2 months ago. After repeated attempts they still didn't respond so I filed charges against them through the police for internet fraud. Got a call from them straight after. Still waiting for the refund on a couple of items they didn't have in stock anymore.
The OA is for rust removal of course but the TA is to remove any yellow residue that might be left if OA gets left in place for too long.

A small thing, but Mavic ‘decal’ for clamshell crankset will improve the recognizability factor - and it just looks better for a little cost. Ebay from Poland, and a perfect alignment with original image.

I hit a trifecta the other day, a pair of FMB Paris Roubaix tubulars, a Nitto Pearl stem and a Nitto 177 ("noodle") handlebar.
As I was removing the previous tire from one of the rims to stretch the new FMBs, a couple eyelets fell out. Oops... Upon closer inspection, I notice this:
'e's dead, Jim. Oh well...

SR 110mm stem and 42cm handlebar, Aero Gran Compe 250 levers with healthy hoods, Dura Ace EX 7200 cranks and accompanying Dyna Drive pedals complete with straps. All for my Lotus Supreme, though it's entirely possible the Lotus originally came with Dura Ace EX non-aero brake levers, which I have ALSO bought but not yet received.

Local purchase.
My niece outgrew her tricycle and trailer. I went out and found her a tag along bike.

This didn’t arrive today but it was relatively recent, after a temporary delay in the postal system: Suntour Superbe nuts and washers for brake pad holders. A bag of 10 of each.

32T Chainring For a Campy NR Triple
I wanted to get a lower gear for Eroica. My LBS had a line on a guy that custom machined 32T Chainrings (Modified a TA) for the NR triple hole pattern. This picture is post some additional filing and then polishing. I'll now have a true half-step plus granny. Considering the 36 that was on the bike is bigger that the 34 on my compact crank, I just can't call a 36 a granny gear.

I won an EBay auction For a NOS 7-sp 13-34 Suntour Ultra 7 freewheel. The seller included a free bonus - a NOS Suntour FD-4050-SS front derailleur.
I won the auction at $115 +tax +s/h = $134. Not cheap but less than half the Buy It Now prices for similar freewheels on EBay. I’ve been looking for an Ultra 7 freewheel with a 32t or 34t cog for a couple of years.

I received a big box from the west coast. A Raleigh Competition, long on my wish list. It is very crusty. I’m looking forward to giving this bike a spit shine. I’ll start a thread when I’m ready to start.
Thanks to curbtender who was great to deal with and did a great packing job.
