Would have preferred to wait and ride this evening, but weatherman says T-storms starting around three. And all day tomorrow.
I did ok , took it easier, averaged 9.8 mph instead of 10.2 I did last ride . Maybe that’s the key .

I peeled some paint off to see if it was a crack or a scratch in the paint.
I think that I would be safe to ride it, since this is the top of the seat tube and the seat post is in there.
Well, all my friends think that having multiple bikes is extravagant or wasteful. Good thing I have a few bikes and a fall back road bike.
Since fathers day is around the corner, it's new frame time, Ti.
It's too bad, this was my old Waterford that I got for real cheap.
That looks like corrosion from sweat (ask me how I know!). I learned to hose my bikes down after most rides, even though they're al carbon. That FL sand gets in every nook and cranny and eats up anything that moves (think termites).

Your mileage is impressive. I don't see how you can still be a clydesdale (?). Oh, wait a minute - I once had a gym teacher (with a bit of a gut) that claimed he did all this exercise. The response from his cohort - "then you must drink a lot of beer"

The bubbling of the paint was on the frame when I bought it. I got a good ten years out of it. Today I put it on the trainer, I think I will ride it on the trainer, the seat post goes through the crack. I spent the last few days looking for replacement frames, I don't know what I want to do yet.

I have these and a couple of other road bikes to ride.

I just got this Bianchi ready a couple of weeks ago.

I got this frame and built it up with Ultegra R8000 about 18 months ago, the frame on this one is similar to the one that cracked.

And for my weight, I just like to eat. I have lost some weight over the last 2 years but the biggest change has been the change in pants size.

Maybe June will be the month I reach my monthly goal. I haven't the previous months, but with a modest goal of "just" 200 miles, I may have a shot this time....

June 04 = 10.98 miles
June 06 = 11.16 miles
June 08 = 12.72 miles
June 09 = 7.20 miles

MTD = 42.06 miles of (hopefully) 200 miles.

beat the rain again . Since I decided the evening would be better for me to ride ( lower humidity) it’s decided to rain every afternoon and evening.
The humidity around here in the morning is usually 90-100% . Even though lower temps in the morning, makes for a sticky , sweaty ride
