I know that feeling!

First of all, Zarbog... Happy Belated B-Day!! 70 yrs young. Late in May I turned, as the Beatles would say... “When I'm 64”.

I so understand about the flyby. I was doing my pre-work 5 mile spin yesterday morning and thought I was clicking along on the Sligo Creek Parkway, when all of a sudden here comes a younger guy on an old 10-speed, and ZIP! As soon as we had said our hellos, he was gone. I had the same reaction as you, just really happy that I could be out there still able to ride. I won’t be setting any world records, but I am OK with that.

Happy riding! ~ Les
