Anyone Know Anything About Rapido Folding Bikes?

This one came up locally for $50. Assuming it's in decent working condition , is it worth fooling with? How would it be riding 5-10 miles? How do you size folding bikes?

Doing a little google-fu, it appears to be a '70's Rapido Eska, from Czechoslovakia. It came as a single speed or a three speed igh. Prices go between$50-100USD. It looks like a good project bike so, good luck!
An interesting tidbit of information is that it came with aluminum allow rims as OE, unusual for such a bike from that era.
