I thought I was around 12 percent based on internet photos, my scale and a pinch gauge, but then I had a dexa scan. Turns out I was closer to 20 percent and looked like a fat blob on the scan.

It was not a happy day.

continuing this year's tradition, I paid for a road race on Wednesday and woke up to a scratchy soon-to-be-sick throat on Thursday.

I was once tested at 13% and 210 pounds. Long time ago, now I'm lighter and fatter.

Never got fat tested when I used to lift and got close to 250.

Wow. The new mobile skin is ugly, impressively slow, and doesn't actually work right. The trifecta of bad web design.

Also, I didn't get that manager job, but they want me to interview for supervisor job (pseudo manager in this case, reporting directly to a manager) for slightly less money but still a lot more than I make, so we'll see.

And still no baby.

nope, I can't even type in a tag anymore. At least not in the quick editor.

Edit: whoops that's what at Flatballer just posted. Reading is fundamental.

Does anyone have contact in for @Doge (at Doge). I told him last year we'd meet up at coll nats this year and since he is MIA on the forums, figured I'd ask here.

I met him a few years back, forget his name though. Big guy, over 6 feet. Just look for the Air Force kids and ask for his kid Daniel.

Also tell him he everyone thinks he was right and he should come back to the forum.

Team meeting on Monday and they're unveiling our new free kits. Someone hinted Desert Camo and if that's the case I'm going to straight up puke. I had to wear that for 3 years, it despise the color scheme. It just reminds me of dirt, flies on my face, and 120+ degrees. Oh and burning poop. I mean the burning of the poo is awful but what's even worse is the line of people watching and waiting to poo.

Camouflage seems like a good way to get hit by a car. I'm not saying every kit needs to be hi viz, but maybe not camo at least?

Did you try to send him a p.m.? If his account is still active he will get the p.m. in his regular e-mail, I think.

What the hell is going on at Spartanburg! Tuned in for the livestream and had to back it up 15 minutes. It's all sorts of craziness due to a massive crash right at the front taking out Holloway and Murphy with 5 laps to go, which would have been after free laps ended. Then went neutral and wanted to restart with 10 to go, and everyone that crashed is out of the race...

Then changed it... so all crashed out could start in the pits 12 secs after field goes by...and restarts with only 5 laps to go. Frankie Andreau is bashing them so hard. Hahaha.

Was planning on being there until yesterday...yikes. Glad I didn't make that trip.

I'm graduated. I raced for University of Washington last year. I'm putting up some of my old teammates on the way through to Grand junction then I'll drive over Thursday night to play swanny / spectate / ride my mtb.

It's insane that Holloway somehow made it back with 5 laps to go and 12 seconds down, finishing 5th. Not only do you have to catch in 5 laps, you have to cut through the pack on that crazy narrow course. I'm glad that I decided not to do the final race... I'd probably have been collected.

64th birthday today. Did a 65 mile club ride with about 50 riders, went to Chinatown and a restaurant called Phillipe's (Huell Howser did a show there) and some of us climbed to Griffith Observatory after lunch. Great day, didn't get dropped.

Happy Birthday! Only one more year before you start getting spam calls for Medicare supplemental insurance, enjoy the relative silence while you can.

Happy birthday. Should've cut the ride a mile short though.
