Long stem - 3TTT AR84, 130mm - $25
Anodized "titanium grey", a few small nicks, small spot of brake-cable rub (first pic), partial headset rings. Still very presentable. 35USD (or trade for Triomphe 170mm left arm) and I'll pay postage .
EDIT - price drop: $25, same I-pay-postage.
The small set-screw is for pushing apart the clamp so you don't mark the bars when installing. I've read that you are not supposed to spread the clamp more than 0.5mm. This one is only just snugged up, but the buyer should remember to back it out it before attempting to clamp the bars.
Velobase says 25.8/26.0 (measured/claimed) clamp. I measure the clamp at 25.79 and the stem at 21.97.

It would be helpful to mention the bar diameter for the stem as well as if it id 1 or 1-1/8 stem. BTW I am still looking for the crank arm.
