Went grocery shopping with it today and I'm used to sizing up what I can/can't carry with my old bag, gonna have to relearn what I can buy now(Used to be only able to shop for 2-3 days at a time).
Bought these since I'm gonna swap to a 3-bolt on my track and touring bike(once I build it).

You got two of the RIGHT foot!!! You need one of the left foot to work proper!

It's gonna get some new bearings (and a clean & polish) and go on to live life in one of my cyclocross wheelsets. I need to find a worthy rear hub to pair with it. I just have a spare Formula hub laying around currently .

Compass Tires
I will chime in on the compass tires as I just bought the 8th set for the family fleet. (Went on a new to me Rivendell Quickbeam) Thus, you can guess my thoughts.
Do I think these are the greatest possible tire in the world? For the riding I do here in Seattle via commute, sscx, and fire roads, YES!
Are they puncture resistant? Nope. But, I kinda hefty weighing in at 285# and I ride the 700x44 Snoqualmie Pass EL tires. I have gotten one flat and one slow leak in about 800 miles of riding. Both times I ran over a pile of glass from a shattered car window...go figure.
My wife has gone thru a pair of Barlow Pass ELs without a flat and is on her second set with about 500 miles of no flats. She has the Stampede Pass tires on her Black Mtn Cycles Road bike. Zero flats in about 500 miles of riding.
I rode the 700x38c Steilacoom EL tires for half the CX season. Best tire I have used for the mud.
Are these as durable as a Conti tire? Hell no. 2000 miles out of a pair is really good for these.
Are these faster than my former Schwalbe Marathon Supremes and Maxxis DTH tires? Yes. Shaved about 5 min off of a 45 min commute. So not faster by a HUGE margin.
I love compass tires and choose to live with the rare flats that arise due to the improved ride quality. Also, I have ridden with Jan Heine on some SIR rides here in Seattle and he is downright pleasant. I am happy to support his business.

Yeah, the old Paul MTB blue ano front hub was probably the coolest thing in the lot (no pics, sorry). Anyway here's the piece I kept for myself:

oooooh Paul blue ano! Still though the WI is a neato-find. I am big WI fan (having a few of their products with plans for more). Check out the T11 if it is a Ciclocross bici con ingranaggi or an ENO or their fixed hub if it is one of those One Speeds people keep talkin' bout

@Flatulentfox
Hit me up in a month or so if you want a better idea, but 20 miles in on pavement and I have no regrets. Smooth, fast and they really do soak up rough stuff. Excited to try them out on gravel soon. Mine were a b***h to put on after being spoiled with Clements.
@SquidPuppet
It all went on the Nature Boy, pictures to come soon.

The Surly hubs are fine hubs no complaints about them but the logo doesn't match well with that nice WI engraving you are treated to. Go WI hubs or go home. (unless you are doing Phil hubs then those are acceptable.

Yeah, if I could pick up a LF Phil for an OK price that would be ideal, but not essential. The pair of wheels I ran last cross season were just some Formula hubs laced 3x with Sapim Race spokes and alloy nipples to Origin8 SL18 rims (hold your laughter) and they've been great wheels. I've beat the snot out of them and they've been flawless. The rims themselves are 23mm wide, weight almost the same as Archetypes and I haven't noticed any difference in durability. That says to me the quality of the assembly and good spokes count as much as hubs/rims.

brake levers
Just bought Tektro RL-340 brake levers to upgrade the singlespeed. The old brake levers were Dia Compe and had the cables straight up in the air old school style and no hoods.

Zipp CX bar tape. This stuff is great, way better than Lizard Skin at a fraction of the price.

Bought this frame on another forum, and a SRAM 10 speed Rival/Force CX1 group from a friend. Moving over the cockpit and wheels from the Nature Boy Zona.

Thanks for the link - filters viruses too. That is a super nice bottle and I appreciate the suggestion. 10 oz isn't even going to put a dent in my needs.
The solution pictured weighs 190 grams and can produce 2 liters in fifteen minutes. Filling two bottles and a 100 oz bladder in the middle of nowhere rules for me and it will hardly be noticed in the frame bag.

Expecting a little hate on this one.
Broke down and ordered a Dia Compe clamp-on front brake for my Sannino Pista.
Pics of the ride this weekend when the brake gets to me and I can take it on a proper spin.
