Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

2010 Specialized Roubaix Comp Rival group question

Hello all, havnt posted in years since not long after I bought my new 2004 Sequoia Elite. Just picked up what I consider a "new" 2010 Roubaix Comp with full Rival group, except that the RD is Force(which i'm fine with!). It has the Saxo Bank paint scheme with Saxo Bank decal on the seat tube. In any of my research i've done, the RD should also be Rival. Also, the Aksium wheels are not black as all of my research suggests, they are aluminum/platinum color. I purchased the bike from the original owner and love it! It was ridden only 30 miles since new and then stored. Has anyone here seen these couple of differences before? The bike is said to be all original. Thx!

The Force rear derailleur is an upgrade. Wheel colour makes no functional difference. Bike companies can sometimes make small changes in bike spec if certain components are not available

I was thinking that about the wheels, wasn't sure on the Force but happy that it has it. Must have been a factory upgrade due to parts availability. Thx
