One reason that you are not getting any responses may be related to the bicycles location. Value can vary substantially depending on local market conditions and, since most forum members are located in the USA, they do not have good appreciation of values in foreign markets. They could give you a good assessment of what the bicycle would sell for in various USA markets but this would not necessarily correlate to your locale. For this reason, I never give valuations for bicycles located in non-American markets.

OP, the bike looks clean from the pics, check for dents etc. if all original 250.00 usd would seem a fair asking price.
you should always bring cash and negotiate.
Check prices in your area/market.
If it fits you and you are comfortable with the price I would buy it...we often spend too much time looking for a 50.00 savings rather than enjoying riding....the months and effort spent to save a little are not worth it to me.

Thank you both for your replies ! Seller asks 225 euro, I will try to bring it down to 150-200 depending on the bike's condition.
