Did Kogswell go under?
Their website is gone, kogswellowners.com isn't responding. I thought they were pretty cool.

I have a kog and wasn't totally happy. It is a very hard time for the industry and kog seemed to be branching into way too many flavors without (to my thinking) perfecting any one product. I think that it is a very difficult market and sadly, we may lose some of the more interesting vendors.
