bar tape came undone in the Top part I have a ride this morning after work, How can I fix this? Even the gel thing underneath came off. I have handy rubber bands and packing tape. Help.

packing tape will work, but electrical tape would be better.

It's impossible to fix. The tape is bonded to the bars at the factory.

You'll need a new Look.
