Saved from the Dumpster
So I pulled out an old Felt Z1 that had been sitting under a canvas storage tent in the back yard since ~2010, thinking I could use it as a trainer/rain bike.
I was planning to dump it, but it seemed to be solid under all the dirt and grime. The clear coat is cloudy and flaking off, but I'm not entering it in a beauty contest.
The wheels are old rentals that I cleaned up and trued. My only purchases were some cheap Tiagra shifters and derailleurs, 105 brake calipers, and Xpedo pedals to match my shoe cleats. The cassette, chain, and bar tape was already in my parts bin. The Arundel bottle cages were already there (score).
It turned out better than I expected, and it rides really well.

Come on people! No one wants to jump on this...
I'm sure "Reynolds" was the intended word. But still!
The wheels are old rentals

No, I meant to write "rentals". Those wheels are rentals from when I ran a bike rental business (UDC Bike Rentals, closed in 2015). People could rent them as an upgrade option to a rental bike, or on their own.

Cool bike! I like the flashy graphics.... And the big chainring. Makes an otherwise gray bike really pop.
