Stress risers in head tube
I needed to remove some headset cups and didn't have my cup remover on hand so I used the no-no method and tapped them out with a screwdriver.
Both cups came out fine, and I thought I was being really careful, but I still ended up with a couple scratches in the top portion of the head tube.
I know the head tube sees a lot of stress, so would these be problematic? I sanded with some 320-800 grit to try and flatten them out a bit but you can still feel them.
My personal feeling is that it's not a problem but what do I know.
Thanks.

Agree, not a problem.

Last question, after sanding just a bit more, I ended up with 33.97 in one spot going down to about 33.7mm at the narrowest spot. My cups are pretty round and 34.05mm.
This amount of ovalization should be negligible right? If I try to push a cup in by hand I can feel the tight spots and the cup can rock a bit, but it still needs a press obviously.
Thanks.
