You warmed the cockles of my heart with your thoughts. She is still up there. She still has the damn dog. It is now heavily medicated most of the day. I feel sorry for the damn thing to be honest. She is a crappy owner if you ask me. She has a huge sign on her door demanding silence, like that is the reason the dog barks. It barks because she works 2 jobs I believe and it gets lonely. She was supposed to move out at the end of January according to the complex. She decided that winter wasn't a good time to move out. I disagree. Her daughter comes over with her two young rug rats and pretty much all hell ensues up there. They chase each other around the apartment and the dog probably plays too. They jump off of every imaginable piece of furniture as well.

It's all part of apartment living. I would be up on the third floor if it wasn't so much more expensive. So yours are arguing alot? Like just screaming or like physical altercations?

just typical *****ing and moaning nothing serious, its just annoying. and the entire family has heavy feet so they stomp around everywhere (4 of them, though i think the daughter has some grace in her step)

on the weekends they must have some nephews and nieces come over because theres little kids over doing the same kind of madness you get too

kidnap the dog, ill come by and pick him up. he can run trails with me and my dad can have friend to walk with

Carpeted or wood floors? My sister has upstairs neighbors, and the building was rehabbed and has wood floors in all the condos. Creaking and cracking like crazy.

As a fellow bottom dweller, I can feel your pain. Any plans to move or are you just going to ride it out like me?

ive been wanting to move since i got in here but i need to change my work situation or get a sugarmama before i can move. im making the most of the time i have to play bikes right now so its a tough choice lol

Same. Just endured a year of this total dirtbag dude and his baby-mama/psychotic kid/giant dog. This kid apparently, and I'm not kidding, because I finally went up there and lost my *****, liked to just jump off the furniture onto the floor. Now I've got some early-20s something couple with a kid who doesn't go to bed until like midnight.
