The building will evenyually struck a deal with a valet comapny and start using adiacent parking, as there is plenty in the area that are empty after 5pm
You can be car free or car lite in Downtown miami, but most people there needs to show off their fancy cars

Don't you think this will be a success?
This type of construction has been going on in Manhattan for decades. I find it stange that it's taking so long for this to spread. Once the price of real estate skyrockets, all the parking spaces are bought out. The only bad thing about this type of carfree construction is that it's not cheap and the apartments are expensive. However, for those that buy in early will be able to retire if they can hold onto it for 30 years.
