This is maybe not C and V but it is a lugged frame. This model has been discontinued but here is a link to the original VO description. https://velo-orange.com/pages/rando-...t-discontinued

I’m selling because it is a duplication of some of my other bikes. Probably 800-1000 miles on the frame including a couple of centuries. The bottom bracket has a 60 stamped on it but the original literature showed only 59 and 61 cm frames. My measurements show 23” C-T seat tube and 22.5 C-C top tube. Weight as shown in pic is 7 lbs 5 oz. Headset is VO Gran Cru. Finish is 9.5 to 9.75/10. You would have to be within 2-3 feet to see small blemishes.
$150 plus shipping. I’m located in Phoenix AZ area
Thanks
Mel

After some cautious dabbling in low trail, long chainstay with the Heron, I’ve started to wade in deeper. A Miyata 610, which for a variety of reasons, has been moved back to the on deck circle for build up, a New Albion Privateer, which is my single speed city bike, and now this, which will likely be my all day gravel adventure bike and maybe even next level, in over my head, 650b conversion.

Hmm, if you only know someone in Portland with a torch and who likely needs to make up for disturbing your sleep in various RVs.
